PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the maintenance cost and raise the machine operation rate by bondig a strongly tacky layer to a weakly tacky layer under such conditions that the tackiness between both the tacky layers is higher than that of the weakly tacky layer and the tackiness of the strongly tacky layer is higher than that of the weakly tacky layer. SOLUTION: The objective double-coated tape or sheet has a strongly tacky layer having a tackiness of 200-3,000 gf/25 mm and formed on one side e.g. from an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and a weakly tacky layer having a tackiness of 10-500 gf/25 mm and formed from e.g. a polyurethane pressure- sensitive adhesive. The tackiness between the weakly tacky layer and the strongly tacky layer, when both the layers are bonded to each other, is 300-8,000 gf/25 mm and is higher than the tackiness of the weakly tacky layer; and the tackiness of the strongly tacky layer is higher than that of the weakly tacky layer. When a fabric is attached and fixed to a conveyor belt, the strongly tacky layer is bonded to the coveyor belt and the weakly tacky layer, to the fabric; thus, a printing medium, such as a fabric, can be easily fixed and peeled off and the double-coated tape can be used in a good state for a long term.
