PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking tool for wire which has a simple structure, and is easy to manufacture, has a small protruding amount from the pole body surface of an electric pole for miniaturization, and facilitates locking work for wires, in the locking tool for locking the wires such as power lines and communication wires, particularly the locking tool for wire used to fix the wire along the pole body of the electric pole and a column. SOLUTION: This locking tool for wire has a slit wire-inserting opening 11 on the front 1a side of a locking tool body 1 formed out of a metallic plate into a rough box shape so that upper and lower surfaces may open, and is provided with an engaging and holding means for a band B with which the locking tool body 1 is attached. The wire-inserting opening 11 may be formed vertically or inclined at a prescribed angle to a vertical direction. For the engaging and holding means, for example, a band inserting hole 12 is formed at the locking tool body 1, or a latching hook 13 for the band B is integrally formed at the locking tool body 1. |
