<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the belt-like body of a cabling tool to become highly rigid when the body is elongated by forming the cross section of a body perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the body in such a shape that a plurality of crests lies in a row. SOLUTION: A cabling tool 1 is constituted of a lead wire 3, a case 2 which can house the wire 3 in a wound state, and a leader head 4 provided at the front end of the wire 3 and the case 2 has an internal space which can house the wire 3 in the wound state. The lead wire 3 is composed of a thin steel sheet and wound in a laminated state around a rotating shaft 7 while the base- side end of the wire 3 is fixed to the shaft 7. The front end of the wire 3 is protruded from the case 2 through the opening of the case 2 and the wire 3 is drawn out from the case 2 when the front end of the wire 2 is pulled out. When the wire 3 is elongated, however, the cross section of the wire 3 in the direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction becomes such a shape that a plurality of crests lies in a row. Therefore, the rigidity of the wire 3 can be improved when the wire 3 is elongated, because the wire 3 becomes rigid against a force applied from a direction crossing the elongated direction.</p> |
