PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash easily and safely the hair of a bedridden person on a bed by connecting a shoulder applying cloth to one side of a cape body made by superposing a flat absorber on a waterproof sheet excepting the part where the neck of the bedridden person is put into and providing an outflow prevention wall for sewage or the like at the edge of the other side except the continuously provided portion. SOLUTION: A cape body 1 is made by superposing a flat absorber on a waterproof sheet, a synthetic resin sheet for example. For this absorber, an absorptive material such as a diaper material or the like is used, and a nonwoven fabric is superposed thereon. With the exception of the part where the heck of a bedridden person is put into, shoulder patches 2 are connected to one side of the cape body 1 to prevent the shoulders or the like from contaminated by sewage or the like. In addition, to prevent sewage from flowing out the edge of the absorber, excepting the part where the neck of the bedridden person is put into and the part where the shoulder patches 2 are connected, an outflow prevention wall 11 for sewage is formed by cutting out a waterproof sheet or the like over the entire edge of the other side. A synthetic resin sheer and a nonwoven fabric are cut out and side guards 8 are attached to several positions thereof.
