PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion die with a flow rate regulating function which is easy in regulating the flow rate balance of a material between a thick wall formed part and a thin wall formed part, and capable of an extruded stock of excellent quality. SOLUTION: An extrusion die is formed by combining a die body 1 in which a bearing hole 21 having a thick wall formed part 22 and a thin wall formed part 23 is formed, and an inlet recessed part 24 to introduce an extrusion material to the bearing hole 21 is formed, a plate 12 which is arranged behind the die body 11, and in which a material passage hole 26 to be communicated with a rear end opening of the inlet recessed part 24 of the die body 11 is formed in a piercing manner in the longitudinal direction, and a control block 13 which is projected in the inlet recessed part 24 in an advancing/retractable manner opposite to the thick wall formed part 22 side of the inlet recessed part 24, and changes the flow rate of an extrusion material in the thick wall formed part 22 by changing the flow resistance of the extrusion material. The flow rate balance between the thick wall formed part 22 and the thin wall formed part 23 is controlled by regulating the projection quantity L of the control block 13 into the inlet recessed part 24.
