摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically operate phase adjustment for obtaining the maximum output even when an amplifying unit in a certain system breaks down in an output amplifier circuit for amplifying input signals by plural amplifying units set in parallel, and for synthesizing them by matching the phases. SOLUTION: This output amplifier circuit is provided with a distributing circuit 12 for distributing input signals to plural amplifying units 13a and 13b connected in parallel, gain varying circuits 14a and 14b for varying the gains of output signals from the distributing circuit, a synthesizing circuit 17 for synthesizing each signal amplified by each of the plural amplifying units, an output detector circuit 20 for detecting the level of the synthetic signal, and a control circuit 21 for adjusting the phase of each signal outputted from the plural amplifying units and the gains of the gain varying circuits so that the level of the synthetic signal can be maximized. The control circuit monitors the output signal of each amplifying unit, and reduces the gain of the gain varying circuit of the amplifying unit whose output signal is stopped, and at the time of detecting the output signal from the amplifying unit, the control circuit increases the gain of the gain varying circuit while adjusting the phase of the amplifying unit.
