PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent undesired movement during use and to facilitate the change of an installation position and transfer to another place for installation by composing a sprag of a base part for placing one wheel of a vehicle, and a sprag part protruded upward from the end of the base part, and fixing the base part detachably to a fitting face. SOLUTION: A sprag part 6 is protrusively provided at the tip of a base part 2 and acts as a stopper for impeding the movement of a wheel 50 when parking. A portable sprag 1 is used, placing one wheel 50 of an automobile on the base part 2. When the wheel 50 mounts the base part 2, the base part 2 receives the load of the automobile through the wheel 50 and even in the case of the base part 2 not being fastened to the ground or floor face 4, the base part 2 is positively fixed to the ground or a floor face 4 so as to be out of undesired movement. In the case of changing the installed position of the sprag 1, a bolt 3 is removed from a nut 5 to shift the position of the sprag 1 or carry it to another place to install it.
