The foot (2) of the holder is weighted for stability. The vertical sleeve (3) has a slot into which the ring-shaped auxiliary carrier (7) is fitted. Adjuster rings (20) of various internal diameters have openings (8) to admit the stem of a glass. Spare rings, and the auxiliary carrier, are stored inside the hollow (4) of the base.
