PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide an exhausting direction of a heat exhaust air without sacrificing operability of an equipment by mounting a diffusing direction modifier of the air out of an exhaust port, and altering a mounting direction of the modifier. SOLUTION: In the equipment comprising a fan 11 for forcibly cooling a heating component, an inlet 13' for a cooling atmosphere air, and an exhaust port 15 for exhausting heat exhaust air after cooling, a diffusing direction modifier 8 of the exhaust air is mounted out of the port to alter the mounting direction of the modifier 8, thereby altering the diffusing direction of the air to an arbitrary direction. Cooling air flows as indicated by arrows 13, 14, 16 from the port 13'. The diffusing direction is altered by loosening a hinged screw 7, and then altering the direction of the modifier 8 and then clamping the screw 7.
