摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a mist feed pressure at a given value and temporarily increase the pressure. SOLUTION: An internal part of a tank 1 is partitioned into internal and external mist containing chambers 4a and 4b by an internal tank 61 containing a nozzle 5. A helical mist passage 62 to guide mist from the upper part of the internal mist containing chamber 4a to the lower part of the external mist containing chamber 4b is formed in the outer periphery of the internal tank 61. Mist is generated by oil L from an oil containing chamber 3 and compressed air from an air pressure source and injected in the internal mist containing chamber 4a. Compressed air is introduced from an air pressure source to the internal mist containing chamber 4a through a second pressure reducing valve 23b, and the pilot passage 25 of the pressure reducing valve 23b is connected to an external mist containing chamber 4b. A control valve 63 to discharge the pilot input pressure of the pressure reducing valve 23b in the atmosphere is arranged in the pilot passage 25. The pressure reducing valve 23b maintains a mist feed pressure at a given value and a control valve 63 temporarily increases a given pressure.
