PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain operation reliability in emergency and detect the oil leakage in the piping system of a device using hydraulic pressure, which is normally not used. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic piping system wherein when a solenoid valve 6 for opening and closing a hydraulic pressure generating device 3 is set to a neutral position, a pipeline for feeding the hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic fluid tank 5 by means of a hydraulic pump is cut off, and both of two hydraulic fluid pipelines 2a and 2b are connected to the hydraulic fluid tank 5, an oil level switch 9 for detecting oil leakage is arranged at a position higher than the hydraulic fluid pipelines 2a and 2b in a mid way of the pipeline from the hydraulic fluid pipelines 2a and 2b to the hydraulic fluid tank 5.
