PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount an exterior material to a building body easily at a low cost. SOLUTION: On a mounting metal main body 4 to be fixed to the surface of a building body 2, plural engagement parts 5 are formed. The engagement part 5 is composed of a connection part 6 bent outward from the mounting metal main body 4, and lock piece parts 7 extended from the connection part 6 in one direction along the mounting metal main body 4. As the engagement part 5 of a mounting metal 1 mounted on the building body 2 is disposed in a groove part 12a formed on the inner surface side, an exterior material 3 is moved, and a protruded part 14 formed on a side wall of the groove part 12a in the outer member 3 is engaged between the mounting metal main body 4 and the lock piece part 7 to be held.
