PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy opening package having aroma retaining properties having good gas barrier properties, excellent in aroma retaining properties and easy opening properties and suitably usable in a food packaging field. SOLUTION: In an easy opening package having aroma retaining properties constituted by sealing a container main body formed by molding a multilayered sheet with a thickness of 1-50 μm consisting of a main body seal layer A, an adjacent resin layer B and a main body base material layer C and a lid material consisting of a lid seal layer D and a lid base material layer E, the layers A, D comprise an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin alone with an ethylene copolymerizing molar ratio of 25-60 mol% and or a mixture of 50 wt.% or more of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin and below 50 wt.% of a polyethylenic resin, an ionomer resin, a polyamide resin or a polyester resin and the interlaminar strength of the layers A, B is 50-3,000 gf/15 mm and less than that of the layers B, C and that of the layers D, E and the seal strength of the layers A, D. |
