PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap bubble device requiring less demand without causing soap liquid to be spilled. SOLUTION: A soap bubble device 10 shoots soap bubbles by blowing air from a feed port 51 to liquid film holes 21 spaced from one another on a holed plate 20. A disc 20 is formed as a disc 20A having flat faces and a uniform thickness and part of the disc 20A is put into a slit 31 provided in a liquid container 30 for rotation. Gaps Q1, Q2 between the slit 31 and the disc 20A are such that the soap bubbles are prevented from being spilled out of the gaps when the whole device is oscillated. A width between the slit 31 and the disc 20A opposed to each other at the gaps Q1, Q2 is greater than that of the size of the liquid film holes 21. The disc 20A is rotated with no friction resistance because of the gaps Q1, Q2, reducing the demand of a motor 70 for driving the device. A sector plate is used instead of the disc for oscillation without putting the cutout of the sector plate into the slit 31.
