PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plural jointly-hoisting winding machines capable of being operated in a state of being synchronized with each other without being advanced or delayed and of having their synchronized operation smoothly and quickly adjusted little effort. SOLUTION: The correction value in response to a deviation value (θA-θB) is computed whereinθA represents the moved distance between a winding-up and a winding down operation based on the speed information of a speed detector for a master wind-up machine A, andθB represents the same based on the speed information of a speed detector for a slave wind-up machine B, and the operation control of the slave wind-up machine B based on the corrected speed command value obtained as the sum of a reference speed command value and the correction value, thereby allows the speed of the slave winding machine B to agree with the speed of the master winding machine A.
