OUT DOOR UNIT FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: An outlet port open/shut apparatus is provided to improve durability of air conditioner, blowing efficiency of a blower and heat exchange efficiency of a condenser, by arranging the outlet port to be selectively open/shut. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an open/shut unit attached to be rotatable to the side of an air outlet port(62) to open/shut the front surface of the air outlet port; and a rotating unit for pressing the open/shut unit so as to rotate the open/shut unit. The open/shut unit includes a guide door(81) for smoothly guiding the air blowing from a blower(43) to the outside of an indoor unit(21); and a cut-off door(91) for preventing the residual air remaining after being discharged through the air outlet port from re-entering the indoor unit. The rotating unit includes motors connected to lower ends of each hinge and which generate rotational force by the current applied from an external source.
