PURPOSE: A device for controlling the speed of a winch in a parking equipment is provided to obtain maximum speed output within the allowed capacity of an induction motor. CONSTITUTION: An operation treating instrument(30) estimates an optimum load torque suitable for the operating state of an induction motor(50) based on the detecting data of load torque in a detecting instrument(20) of load torque. The load torque has high reliability by being calculated based on the voltage and current inputted to the induction motor. Therefore, the operation treating instrument calculates an optimum maximum speed(i) by the estimated load torque information and the torque characteristic of the induction motor. Then, a real operating speed command(b) is outputted by calculating an external speed command(a) inputted from outside and the optimum maximum speed. A driving speed controlling instrument(40) controls a driving electricity(e) outputted from an inverter(44) for enhancing the driving speed of the induction motor after compensating for the different value between a present speed(g) of the induction motor and the real operating speed command.
