APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING RAPID-COOLED PERMANENT MAGNETIC POWDER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing rapid-cooled permanent magnetic powder is provided to prevent molten metal from solidifying by keeping desired temperature of the molten metal with a tundish and a heating element and to enhance productivity of permanent magnetic powder by increasing the spraying speed and rate of the molten metal through plural nozzles. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing apparatus of permanent magnetic powder, a main vacuum chamber(9) is connected to a powder collecting unit(13) with keeping a vacuum, and a pre-vacuum chamber(11) is filled with an ingot(35). First to third cylinders(37,39,41) and a support stand(43) lift and rotate to charge the ingot to the main/pre-vacuum chambers. An inducing melting furnace(65) is used to melt the charged ingot, and a tundish(69) sprays the molten metal through plural holes(89) of each nozzle(67) from the inducing melting furnace. A heating element(71) keeps the temperature of the tundish and a cooling rotary body(95) cools the molten metal sprayed through rotation.
