PURPOSE: A preparation and providing method of feed contained citron for Korean cow are provided, which have meat quality of Korean cowimproved, and which prevent disease from prevalence through mixing citron with feed. CONSTITUTION: A process of preparation of feed contained citron for Korean cow is composed of several steps. A first step is removing seed of citron and drying the citron removed 90% of water content of the citron and grinding the citron. A second step is fermentation mixture mixed grinded citron with sugar in a ratio of 60:40(w/w) for more than 60 days, or mixture mixed grinded citron with sugar in a ratio of 80:20(w/w) for more than 180 days in a sealed tool at lower than 0°C. A providing method of feed contained citron for Korean cow is decreased 50% of assorted feed and mixing 50% of feed contained citron with salt fermentation in 4-12 month cow and providing 100-500g of feed contained citron for 2 weeks in summer, fall and winter. For 13-18 month cow, feed contained citron is provided 100-2,000g through weight for more than 4 months.
