PURPOSE: Provided is an advertisement board by EL, which is lighter than fluorescent neon and free to treat curve so that it is easily placed in a narrow place. CONSTITUTION: The advertisement board by EL comprises the parts of: a fluorescent substance(21) wherein multiple powdered luminous materials are mixed; a conductive layer(22) which mixes ITO metallic character; an upper PET film(23) which is transparently treated in the upper edge of the conductive layer; a silk print film(24) wherein picture and characters are mixed as wanted color to deposit in silk printing style; an ultraviolet coating film(25) which shields ultraviolet and extraneous matters; an insulating plate(26) which inhibits spark generated in a luminous body and makes an electron move freely; a metal plate(27) which is divided by users' preferences; and a lower PET film(28) which is treated in the lower edge of the metal plate to protect the metal plate.
