PURPOSE: An input data storage circuit of a semiconductor memory device is provided to reduce a chip size and remove an unnecessary signal by reducing an entire data flow with the output of input data at one time after sequential storage. CONSTITUTION: A pulse shifter(70) inputs a clock signal, a pulse signal, and a reset signal and outputs plural pulse signals for the pulse signal to be shifted in accordance with next respective clock signals when the reset signal has a first logic and the clock signal is toggled. Plural latch units(50-56) input the pulse signals outputted from the pulse shifter(70) stores input data outputted from the input buffer circuit(10) when the pulse signal has a second logic, to thereby reduce the chip size and remove an unnecessary signal by reducing an entire data flow.
