PURPOSE: An observation control data transferring unit is provided to transfer an observation control optical signal, to be processed with a main optical signal simultaneously, into a next device without a delay. CONSTITUTION: An observation control data transferring unit comprises a clock restoration part(200) which receives observation control data to restore a clock from the received observation control data. A switching part(206) receives the restored clock and a clock from a clock oscillator(208), and selectively outputs the received clocks according to a control of a processor(214). A frame sink detecting part(202) detects a frame sink portion of the received observation control data according to the restored clock, and generates a frame sink signal according to the detection result. A frame receiving part(210) provides observation control data of a frame unit to the processor and a multiplexer(212) on the basis of a frame sink. A broadcasting control part(204) searches a portion, at which data to be broadcasted after a generation of a frame sink signal exists, according to a control of the processor. |
