PURPOSE: A method for incoming/transmission in a cellular telephone under lock is provided that a non-subscriber prevents using incoming/transmission. CONSTITUTION: A method for incoming/transmission in a cellular telephone under lock comprises the steps of: detecting a network by initializing a module card for confirming a subscriber, when power is on; checking whether the lock is set; displaying the lock's setting state and then standing by, if set; unlocking the lock for a while, if two secret numbers equal, by checking whether a stored secret number equals to an inputted secret number, after asking to input the secret number, if the incoming is sensed during standing by; and returning to the second step by setting the lock again, after calling under the temporary unlock.
