SCREEN DIVIDING METHOD OF A VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A screen dividing method of a video conference system is provided to use a screen efficiently by dividing a screen to display video at a position determined in advance with the detection of a voice signal. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: establishing a camera direction by a microphone corresponding to each speaker(ST10); measuring whether a voice signal from each microphone exists(ST20); judging whether the measured voice is generated from one microphone(ST30); selecting a video signal from a camera corresponding in case that the generated voice signal is generated from one microphone as a representative image(ST40); displaying the selected image at a main image position on the screen(ST50); and verifying whether a voice signal from a different microphone is generated(ST60).
