BURNING DEVICE OF LADLE HEATING AND HEAT STORAGE TYPE

PURPOSE: A burning device of a ladle heating and regenerating type is provided to save energy by increasing regeneration efficiency by passing another burner through a regenerator after absorbing exhaust gas when combustion is accomplished in one burner with plural regenerators and burners. CONSTITUTION: A ladle cover including a burner(A) and a duct are supported by an oilless bearing so that a sudden ventilation is possible, and a solidification function is obtained. Combustible gas is sufficiently circulated inside a ladle by selecting a nozzle mixing type burner of a high speed division type. A 25mm-alumina ball having more than 94% of purity degree is used for the regenerator. The burner and duct uses a light ceramic insulation material strong against heat and shock, and has an excellent insulation performance. The ignition of the burner is accomplished well in the entire combustion load, and stable combustion is performed without an unstable event. A preheating temperature of combustion air reaches the lowest temperature, 530°C when the combustion gas inside the ladle is 850°C so that 50% of the discharged heat is recollected.
