PURPOSE: A washing method of a washing machine equipped with a dual motor is provided to enhance the energy and washing efficiency by operating one or both of a main motor and an auxiliary motor according to a washing course. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a washing course is selected after power is applied and whether the selected washing course is for old dirt or blankets(S103). As the judgement result, if the selected washing course is for old dirt or blankets, both of a main motor and an auxiliary motor are turned on to carry out washing(S104). If the selected washing course is not for old dirt or blankets, it is judged whether the washing course is for little dirt. If the washing course is for little dirt, only the main motor is turned on to carry out the washing(S106). |
