PURPOSE: To provide a four-way self-adjusting wedge clamp for holding an electronic module on a rack provided with a series of wedge elements. CONSTITUTION: A rod 86 penetrating the central part of a series of components to which a force is applied in the longitudinal direction. When a clamp 2 is stretched, a pair of brackets is driven toward the body of an apparatus to be clamped and wedge elements are driven laterally. When the clamp is released, it can be removed easily from a groove 14 for securing the clamp. |
