PURPOSE: A coupler is provided to promptly, conveniently and firmly connect intersecting parts of reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A coupler comprises first and second clips(11,11') bonded to cross each other in a specific angle. The clips includes a C-shaped sectional body(12) having an opening(15) for elastic insertion of a reinforcing bar(3), plural guides(13,14) extended from both ends of the body to guide insertion of the reinforcing bar; and a fixing unit for fixing the guides. With the coupler, intersecting parts of reinforcing bars are connected promptly. Therefore, a term of construction works is reduced. Moreover, work for reinforced concrete is simplified.
