TEST OBJECT AVAILABLE FOR REPETITIVE USE FOR WELDING TEST

PURPOSE: A test object is provided to easily perform test processes and completion of a welding test piece and to be used for many times repeatedly. CONSTITUTION: A pairs of preparatory test pieces(21) having a size suitable for welding test is prepared. The prepared test pieces are arranged in a row while welded end portions face each other. The gap between the end portions is selected according to the sort of test. An end tap(22) is placed on both faces of the end portions contacting to each other. A material to be tested is bonded by a seam welding. The end tap is removed after bonding the material. Herein, a test piece is obtained. The test piece is fixed to a test facility by using a hole(25) formed on the preparatory test piece. Every sort of performance of the material is tested by performing tests such as a drawing test.
