PURPOSE: A current mirror type sense amplifier is provided to increase a gain and to decrease the consumption of electricity by connecting a load to a sense amplification bed of input data with a NMOS transistor and controlling the input data. CONSTITUTION: Data input signals are fed and amplified in a data sense amplification unit(100). The data input is fed to gates of NMOS transistors(43,44,47,48) in a first and a second sense amplification device(110,120). Output data are output through output terminals(501,502) by turning on the NMOS transistors according to the state of each data input. Herein, the gates of NMOS transistors(51,52,53,54) of a first and a second controller(210,220) in an input control unit(200) are cross-coupled such that the input data is controlled. Thereby, a current is decreased, and a gain is increased. Further, The output signals of a high and a low state are output through the first and the second output terminals by the electric potential of each node.
