PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring battery available time is provided to obtain the convenience in use of a mobile communication terminal by measuring the battery available time regardless of a load variations or a measurement timing. CONSTITUTION: A resistor(20) is connected between a terminal circuit(10) to detect current. An operational amplifier(30) is connected across the resistor(20). A microprocessor(40) is connected to the operational amplifier(30) through the analog/digital port and the microprocessor(40) performs a calculation of the present battery charging amount by using a voltage value inputted through the operational amplifier(30), to thereby provide the convenience in use of a mobile communication terminal by measuring the battery available time regardless of a load variations or a measurement timing.
