PURPOSE: A controller for a transmit power of a wireless signal in wireless terminal is provided to reduce a power consumption by a control of a power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A controller for a transmit power of a wireless signal in a wireless terminal comprises an inverse power amplifier(100), a power inverting circuit(130), and a power amp controller(120). The inverse power amplifier(100) operates by an application of an inverse voltage, and amplifies an inputting wireless signal into a wireless signal of a specific band, to output the amplified signal. The voltage inverting circuit(130) outputs by inverting the applied voltage. The power amp controller(120) supplies the inverse power amplifier(100) with the inverse voltage, and controls an operation point of the inverse power amplifier(100), according to a filtered pulse density modulation(PDM) signal.
