PURPOSE: A structure for combining an intermediate steering shaft is provided to prevent or minimize noise from a combining portion of an intermediate steering shaft by eliminating a clearance between a spline tube and a spline shaft. CONSTITUTION: A spline shaft(20) rotates together with a spline tube(30) by pressurizing curved portions(23) of each outer spline(22) with elasticity of steel balls(42). The clearance between each side surface of outer/inner splines(22,31) is not reduced to prevent both surfaces of the inner/outer splines from being collided each other. Rotating the spline tube with strong force causes colliding both surfaces of the inner/outer splines. However, each spline is contacted slowly by absorbing the rotational force through each steel ball to minimize noise by a collision.
