PURPOSE: A method is provided to compensate an entire cooking time by detecting temperature inside a kitchen when a microwave oven is in a continuous cooking mode. CONSTITUTION: Before cooking, a system detects temperature inside a kitchen. The system decides if the detected temperature is more than the set standard temperature. If so, an entire cooking time is output by subtracting a certain time from the preset cooking time. Then a microwave oven cooks for the output time. The subtracted time is decided based on the initial detected temperature. Thereby, a continuous cooking has the same dish as the first cooking and reliability of the microwave oven is enhanced.
