PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a pure titanium cold-rolled sheet is provided to have a large plastic anisotropy value regardless of the tension direction. CONSTITUTION: In a process of manufacturing a pure titanium cold-rolled sheet, a hot-rolled sheet is annealed within a recrystallization range of 40-70% to form an incomplete recrystallization texture. In cold rolling, the rolling rate is controlled to be more than 70%, therefore, the pure titanium cold-rolled sheet has a larger plastic anisotropy value regardless of the tension direction.
