PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the filling speed of toner, to enhance the filling accuracy thereof and to prevent coarse grains from being mixed in. SOLUTION: A servo motor 2 is used as the driving device of an auger filling machine 1. When a filling action is started, it is executed by gradually raising the revolutions of the machine 1 to the prescribed filling revolutions in proportion to time. Then, the toner existing at the part of an auger 13 whose bulk density is raised because air is released at a standby time is discharged at the revolutions not more than the revolutions that the toner is fused by heat generated by friction so as to be prevented from becoming the coarse grains. |
