PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and stability, to shorten execution time and to reduce cost by providing each of controllers for plural equipment with a radio data communication means and wired data communication means for executing data communication between respective controllers. SOLUTION: Plural equipment (industrial equipment such as boilers) 1 are arranged and each equipment 1 is provided with a controller 7 for controlling the operation of the equipment 1. Each controller 7 is provided with both of a radio data communication means A and a cable data communication means B and data communication between respective controllers 7 is executed by these communication means A, B. The means A is provided with an antenna 8 to transmit/receive data by radio communication. The means B executes both of power supply as power and data communication through a power line 9 connected between respective controllers 7 e.g. Each controller 7 compares data received by the means A with data received by the means B and outputs a control signal based on a compared result.
