PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generating device of an air conditioner which generates electric power on receiving air sent from an outdoor fan, supplies the power to the load side efficiently and thus can reduce the amount of consumption of commercial power supply. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit 1. An intake 9 and a discharge port 10 are opened in an outer box 2 on the outdoor unit 1 side and a heat exchanger 12 is disposed on the intake 9 side, while a fan motor 14a with an outdoor fan 14b directed to the discharge port 10 side is provided in front of the heat exchanger 12. In this case, a fan 15b for generating electric power is opposed to the outdoor fan 14b side and a generator 15 generating the power with rotation of the fan 15b is provided in the outer box 2. |
