PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in productivity and conductivity to a process cartridge or the like by fixing a specified filler on the inside of an electrophotographic photoreceptor with an adhesive and spraying pure water or tap water passed through a filter on the inside. SOLUTION: A filler 4 comprising a metal, plastic or rubber is fixed on the inside of an electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 having a photosensitive layer with an instantaneous adhesive and then pure water or tap water passed through a filter is sprayed on the inside preferably in an amount 1-10 times the amount of the adhesive. Driving and coupled driving members 3 with an earth plate 2 fitted to one of them are bonded to both ends of the photoreceptor 1 by a method such as adhesion so as to rotate the photoreceptor 1. Whitening phenomenon due to the instantaneous adhesive does not occur, good appearance and high function of a process cartridge are ensured and a good image with no defect in earth is obtained.
