PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a balance at the time of moving the center of gravity so as to relieve the load of the whole weight of a lamp body, at changing of the angle of spotlighting by providing a front lens as well as an inner light source, and a balance weight for tilting which is supported so as to be turnable with a support means for maintaining the lamp body whose spotlighting angle can be adjusted with the weight being movable following the movement of center of gravity of the lamp body. SOLUTION: A journalling part 3d of each of opposite support legs 3c of a horizontal plate 3b turnable on a support column 3a in a support means 3 is mounted on a lamp body 1 to be turnable with a support 3e and is movable forwards and backwards with a guide rail 2 (2a, 2b). A first balance weight 5 mounted on a guide member 4 rearward of the guide rail 2 is guided in its free slide in the forward and rearward directions of the lamp body 1 by guide faces 4a, 4b, and stopper faces 4c, 4d of a slide rail are restricted The weight 5 has a slide case 5b incorporating a plurality of balls which move in endless straight line and a mounting plate for preventing fall out 5c and moves in association with the movement of center of gravity of the lamp body 1.
