PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information to be broadcasted from being increased due to the control of limited reception by selecting the expression mode of identification(ID) information for a channel to be specified by contract information from plural expression modes. SOLUTION: When a receiving contract for a package (package ID is '1') and an individual receiving contract for the 8th channel (channel ID is '8') are executed by a certain broadcast receiver, the channel ID '8' and the package ID '1' are respectively stored in a channel ID specified contract information storing area and a package ID specified contract information storing area in a contract information storing part 116. Thereby overall channel development information in the receiver is determined from these information. Since contract information can be sent as package information reducing the number of bits in many cases, information for limited reception can be reduced also in a limited reception system for multi-channel pay broadcast.
