PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the clear visibility of the design of a display panel while suppressing the reflection of light from the front side of the substrate by forming an antireflection layer capable of reducing reflected light to a viewer by utilizing the interference of light on the front side of the substrate. SOLUTION: A color printed layer 2 is formed on the rear side of a substrate 1 comprising a transparent synthetic resin sheet whose front and rear sides are relatively smooth. The color printed layer 2 consists of a 1st color printed layer 21 which forms a display part comprising a memory, letters, a mark or the like corresponding to an index part whose display form itself varies in accordance with measurements and a 2nd color printed layer 22 which forms the background of the 1st color printed layer 21 and covers the entire rear side of the substrate 1 except the layer 21. An antireflection layer 4 is formed on the front side of the substrate 1 by way of a middle layer 5 and reduces reflected external light to a viewer. The layer 4 comprises a material which forms a surface having a lower refractive index than the smooth front side of the substrate 1. |
