PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extending device which is easy in die-casting by improving the positional accuracy of a plurality of cam follower and the dimensional accuracy in variance, favorable in the cost reduction, the degree of freedom in constitution and the assembly accuracy, and largely versatile in application to both the linear and non-linear systems. SOLUTION: A flange 113 is provided on the outer surface side of a first cylindrical member 110, a semi-circular projection-like cam follower stepped surface 121 and a cam follower member 130 as a separate member opposite to the cam follower stepped surface 121 are provided on an inner surface side of the cylinder of a second cylindrical member 120, and the flange part 113 is guided and held between the cam follower stepped surface 121 and the cam follower member 130.
