PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooker capable of providing minute fault indications. SOLUTION: A gas cooker is composed of a drive controller 58 which drives a gas flow controller for controlling the flow of the gas supplied to a burner and has an abnormality judger 79 for detecting the signal of a thermocouple and the signal of a temperature sensor and judges abnormality by detected conditions, and an operation part which directs operation to the drive controller. The abnormality judger of the drive controller has an abnormality classifying and processing means which classifies abnormal conditions in advance and codes them, and besides it is so constituted as to specialize the contents of codes which are judged abnormal by the abnormality judger and are classified with the abnormality classifying means in a predetermined burner's heating power indicating illuminant out of a plurality of burner's heating power indicating illuminants, and make it indicate the contents of fault.
