PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the optimest conditions for evaluation and readjustment through detection of variation in parameters by including two or more sensors in an array, and allowing each sensors to have a first and a second parts and making one image generation characteristic in the 2nd part lower in sensitivity to one parameter than the other. SOLUTION: A first optical sensor 110, which has a first part 115 and a second part 120, is recorded on a recording medium at the fist place. At least one variable image generating parameter is changed, and the first optical censor 110 is recorded on the recording medium at a second place which is different from the first place. The process of recording and changing is repeated with respect to some range value of at least one image generating parameter. Then, a suitable range of the image generating parameter is decided from the value range of the image generating parameter used to record the first optical sensor on the recording medium based on similarity between first part and the second part.
