<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterogeneous network roaming system capable of automatically performing data transfer from a server wherever an information terminal is located in a cable network, a local radio network or a public mobile network. SOLUTION: This system connects radio equipment to an information terminal having a packet address and is provided with a gateway device 10 that consists of an interface 16 of a cable network, an interface 11 of a local radio network, a mobile managing means 13 which grasps the local position of the radio equipment, an address correspondence managing means 18 which manages the correspondence between the local telephone number of the radio equipment and the packet address of the information terminal, a packet fetching means 17 that fetches a packet to the information terminal, a transferring means 19 transferring the fetched packet to the information terminal and a call establishing means 12 establishing a call to the radio equipment.</p> |
