OBJECT SELECTION PROCESSOR AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object selection processor and a storage medium which enable a vocal selecting process for an object displayed on a display screen and are suitable for the selecting process of the object. SOLUTION: A CPU extracts objects having information on links to other documents from a document displayed on the display screen and generates an extracted object table wherein the names of the extracted objects and link information are made to correspond to each other; when an arbitrary voice is inputted, a voice recognition part analyzes the voice data and generates the character string that the voice data represent. Then the CPU when judging that the character string is an object name as information included in the extracted object table takes the corresponding link information out of the extracted object table and reads the document at the link destination out according to the link information.
