PURPOSE: An infrared ray absorption bolometer is provided to improve infrared ray absorption ratio of a bolometer by forming amending bent parts provided with an amending groove in a center of horizontal bent parts and thermal excluding effect by expanding the length of the horizontal bent parts. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray absorption bolometer includes a board(301), a driving board level(310) having a pair of connecting terminals(307,309) formed on the board, supporting levels(330,340) having conductive lines(338,348) electrically connected to the connecting terminals in side of a lamellar structure, and horizontal bent parts(333,343) in a longitudinal direction, the horizontal bent parts including amending bent parts(335,345) separated partially by amending grooves(334,344) formed in the shape of "£" in a center part, posts(350,360) formed at end parts of the amending bent parts, and an absorption level(380) supported by the posts and having a bolometer element(382) formed in a predetermined shape inside, the bolometer element being electrically connected with the conductive lines of the amending bent parts. |
