ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic method and an electrophotographic device by which the reproducibility of the dots of an output image is enhanced and the image being excellent in gradient is obtained. SOLUTION: By this electrophotographic method, an electrostatic latent image is formed by using a photoreceptor and in an electrification process and a process that a light beam is emitted. The potential attenuation amount of the photoreceptor in a depth direction at the irradiating time of the light beam for one pixel is set to be >=65% of that at the irradiating time of the continuous light beam and under 135% than it. Besides, this electrophotographic device having a measurement and control means is used for executing this electrophotographic method.
