PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new photosensitive printing plate which has excellent resolution, developing property, adhesion property and storage stability, which enables direct drawing by using IR rays such as semiconductor laser light, and which can be handled even in a bright room such as under a white lamp. SOLUTION: This photosensitive printing plate has a photosensitive layer containing an alkali-soluble resin, compound having ethylenic unsaturated double bonds, compound having IR absorptivity, and polymerization initiator formed on a support. The compound having IR absorptivity is a phthalocyanine compound. |
